Sworn in the much-acclaimed trial of Johnny Depp vs. Amber Heard reveals the background of her, without exaggeration, litigation of the year, explaining that both he and other jurors did not find the actress’s testimony credible – and some even perceived her emotional outbursts as “crocodile tears”.

The juror, one of the five men on the seven-member jury, said Herd’s story was “unconvincing”.

He was answering a question, crying and two seconds later he was cold; some of us used the expression “crocodile tears”.

The jury said Depp, on the other hand, remained restrained throughout his long testimony, which gave credibility to his allegations.

“Many of us felt that what he was saying at the end of the day was more believable; it just seemed a little more true in the way he answered questions. “His emotional state was very stable throughout,” he recalls.
