WhatsApp unveiled new features on Tuesday (9). This month, the functions of hiding online status, silently leaving groups and blocking screenshots in single-view messages will be released.
The last two, relating to groups and screenshots, will be activated automatically and there will be no option for the user to ask to keep the current configuration. To hide the status, you will need to follow the steps below:
If your phone still does not display the options, wait a few days. The resources should be released throughout the month, according to the company.
The unnoticed feature of groups will be enabled when the following message appears to the user who leaves: “Only admins will be notified when you leave the group”.​
