Édgar Vivar, o Seu Belly de ‘Chaves’, is confirmed presence at CCXP 2022

CCXP 2022 has just announced good news for lovers of “Chaves” (1973-1980). Actor Édgar Vivar, 73, interpreter of the iconic Mr. Barriga e Nhonho, will be present during the four days of the festival, at São Paulo Expo, south of São Paulo.

This is the third time that the artist participates in the pop culture event, the first time being in 2014 and the second time in 2020, in the virtual edition of the event, CCXP Worlds. The actor will be available for photos and autographs during his visit to Brazil.

In addition to “Chaves”, he also extended his professional partnership with Roberto Gómez Bolaños in projects such as “Programa Chespirito”, “Chapolin” and “Los Caquitos”. The artist also worked as a voice actor in major films such as “Ratatouille”, “Despicable Me 2” and “Up! High Adventures”.

Vivar is the second big international name announced for the event. At the end of September, Alexander Ludwig, 30, from the series “Vikings” (2013-2020), was confirmed at the fair. CCXP 2022 will take place from December 1st to 4th and returns to face-to-face format, after two years of online editions.

The organization expects to receive 300,000 people in the first in-person edition after the confinement caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The participation of studios such as Prime Video, Globoplay and Netflix are confirmed. Streamer Gaules and comic book artists Jim Starlin, Mark Waid, Aimée de Jongh, Laerte, Fabien Toulmé, Marcello Quintanilha and Jim Cheung are also confirmed.
