From landing materials on the Moon, to the exploratory mission to Jupiter’s Europa
For many years, states rejected investment in space exploration. It was the period of the economic crisis, but also of a more general reasoning, which relied more and more on the investment-profit relationship. When it was realized that Space is – and – the future of economic activity, then the situation changed drastically, reaching the point, today, that we are talking about a valid plan to settle on the Moon and then on the planet Mars.
2024 is an extremely critical year for the development of space research. NASA has planned a series of missions, the most prominent of which is the landing of the materials needed to build the base on the surface of the Earth’s natural satellite.
But plans for 2024 aren’t limited to the Artemis mission. A new silent supersonic aircraft will make its debut, while two Climate satellites are planned for launch, as well as a robotic mission to Europa, Jupiter’s icy moon of great interest.
