The X announced new policies regarding adult content on the platform, which clear the landscape for what young people under 18 will be allowed to see.
Based on the new regulation, X now officially allows pornographic content on the platform, but it will exclude displaying adult content and violent material to users under 18 years of age, or for those who choose not to see it.

Users who post adult content, including nudity and sexually suggestive acts, will now have to adjust the media settings on their accounts so that their images and videos are “tagged” with content warning before they are displayed on the platform.
Users under the age of 18, or those who do not put a date of birth on their profile, will automatically not be able to view the content.
