In particular, NOVA offers free of charge to its subscribers throughout the island, 1,500 minutes of speech to everyone (national mobile and fixed) and unlimited GB on their mobile.

The benefit is valid from 23/6/2025 to 08/7/2025 and relates to mobile, contract and card subscribers, individuals and professionals. Subscribers are updated with SMS on their mobile to activate benefits.

In addition, NOVA has suspended the barrier receipt for residents residing in those areas.

It also informs that from the first moment the National Network Management Center has put the island under 24 hours of surveillance, for immediate restoration of any technical issues. Nova technicians work closely with local authorities and civil protection by intervening, where possible, to immediately restore networks.
