TN also reforms the management of time in modern hybrid work. As automation systems undertake recurring tasks, workers are now focusing on higher value added activities: strategic thinking, training, skill development, living cooperation and professional networking.

More than half of the workers (53%) report that TN has helped them improve their results and 64% estimates that it facilitates the smooth application of the hybrid model.

There are challenges. 63% are concerned that the lack of familiarity with TN can work in suspense for their careers, while 61% believe that those who are back in technology may eventually stay out of developments. Despite the concerns, the majority (51%) acknowledges that TN bridges the gap, with a significant percentage of younger ages constantly sharing knowledge and practices with colleagues.

As Mark Dixon, CEO and founder of IWG, typically stated: “The world of work is evolving rapidly. Technological developments, and especially in TN, enhance productivity, create new career opportunities and link different experiences between generations. “
