A Colonel of the Revolutionary Guards of Iran was killed today in eastern Tehranas it became known from official sources.
«Sanctuary defender Sayad Hodai was killed during an armed attack by two motorcyclists on Mojahedin e Eslam Street.“Reported the official agency Irna.
The term “defender of the sanctuary” refers to those who work for the Islamic Republic of Iran in Syria and Iraq..
The Revolutionary Guards clarified that Hodai had the rank of colonel. In the announcement posted on their website, they talk about “tterrorist action“Which they committed”elements associated with global arrogance(Including the United States and its allies).

Sayad Hodai was returning home when gunmen shot him five times.
According to the Tasnim agency, he was “close to his house” when he was attacked and “his wife was the first person to find the body.”
