There is still a “chance” to meet the children of Prince Harry and Prince William, royal experts have said.
Omid Scobby says that the brothers may have met in person to meet their children.
He added that Harry and Megan would continue to be “low key” during their visit to Britain.
Royal biographer Scoby told Good Morning America that Harry and Megan’s “priorities” this weekend are “celebrating the Queen” and “meeting her daughter.”
But he said there was still a “chance” for Lillibet to meet her cousins George, Charlotte and Louise.
Scoby added that the meeting is likely to go straight, as Harry and Megan continue to be the center of attention throughout the trip.
He told Good Morning Britain:
“We don’t have any news yet, but I think we still have a chance in the next few days.”
Lillibet, who celebrates her birthday today, was born in California and never knew her real cousin.
Their brother, 3-year-old Archie, has not seen them since childhood.
Neither brother was present at Trooping the Color on Thursday and at the St. Paul service yesterday.
Harry and Megan presented Liribet to the Queen on Thursday.
In a conversation with the BBC breakfast yesterday, he said:
“They were stopped by a pandemic. Of course, when Harry was here, it was a pretty dark opportunity in itself. So it really is a first.”
The writer spoke yesterday about the positive welcome Harry and Megan received at St. Paul’s Cathedral for Thanksgiving.
The Queen was unable to attend, but attention was focused on the arrival of Prince William and Kate Middleton, Harry and Megan.
Scobby tells us:
“It’s so easy to get immersed in the tabloid story and feel like it represents the mood of the public.
But we have seen the same enjoyment as having sex with Cambridge.
