The state of Ukrainian forces in Sheverodonetsk has “deteriorated a bit”, but the Ukrainian forces defended their positions against Russia in an industrial zone in the midst of fierce conflict, announced today the Governor of Luhansk Oblast, Sergei Gaidai.

“The toughest battles are taking place in Severodonetsk. At the moment, battles are taking place at a very fast pace. Our defenders counterattacked for a certain period of time, liberating almost half the city. But now the situation has worsened a bit for us again.” said the governor speaking on national television.
At the same time, in the south of the country, in Mykolaif cityexplosions were heard today, according to a post in the Telegram of its mayor, Oleksandr Senkevich.
