The United States has accused Abramovich of exporting Boeing aircraft to Russia without permission

In a letter of indictment, the Commerce Department said Abramovich had named his children in February as beneficiaries of the “virtual entities” that owned the Boeing 787 Dreamliner and Gulfstream G650 ER aircraft, but that he continued to control them.
