Troubled teens have been banned from the entire city since the disaster campaign for residents was launched.

Ceylan Evans, 14, was at the Center for Anti-Social and Threatening Behavior and the Center for Online Violence in the Westershire town of Keederminster.

West Merseyside Police were forced to take action after receiving complaints from local businesses and the general public that they became teenage prisoners.

He was sentenced to Criminal Action Order (CBO) for “gross misconduct and harassment of local businesses, members of the community and the general public.”

This means that Stortport-on-Severn Evans will be outside the city limits until May 2025.

Worcester Magistrates’ Court also prohibited publicly joining groups of three or more outside of your immediate family.

Restrictions were also placed on their actions and communication.

If Evans violates a court order, he can face serious fines or even prison time.

Such instructions are not uncommon, but are used lightly.

Sergeant Daniel Townsend said:

We hope that the CBO will ensure that the police take positive action in these situations.
