Joseph Fritzle remains in a high-security prison after a judge overruled his plan to transfer him to a “normal” prison.

In 2009, her daughter Elizabeth was arrested in 2009 for raping thousands of people trapped in the basement of an Austrian house.

While in captivity, she gave birth to seven children. Three remained in Danduro, one died shortly after birth, and three were raised by Fritzle and his wife, Rosemary.

Earlier this year, it was decided to transfer Fritzle from a psychiatric detention center to a “normal” prison.

The Cream District Court ruled that he was “no longer a threat.”

However, the Austrian Supreme District Court (OLG) in Vienna has now reversed that ruling.

Instead, Fritzle will spend more time in Krems Stein, Austria’s most secure psychiatric prison for mentally ill offenders.

Defendant Josef Fritzl will appear in court on March 19, 2009 in St. Pölten, Lower Austria, on the last day of the trial. She bore him seven children and is likely facing life in prison today. The Kremlin District Court upheld the ruling on Tuesday, June 7.

“The Vienna Higher District Court (OLG) has recognized the need for further detention in facilities for mentally abnormal offenders,” the judge said.

Had Fritzle been normally released from prison, he might have been released sooner.

However, the move was thwarted when the Krems prosecutor’s office filed proceedings this week in favor of a senior Viennese official.

They said the decision to put Fritzley in a high-security psychiatric prison was justified because he still suffers from a serious and incurable mental illness.

Fritzle, who changed his name to Meirhof five years ago, is reportedly suffering from dementia.

If a Vienna court upholds the decision to transfer him to a regular prison, Fritzle can apply for early release next year in 2023.

Fritzle’s daughter, Elizabeth, has no contact with him because she is in jail and lives with her children under her new nickname.

They put him in the basement when he was 18 years old.

Fritzle captured it in a basement built in Amsterdam.

He was buried there from 1984 to 2008.

During this time, she repeatedly raped and raped, giving birth to a total of seven children.

Three of these children were also captured in Danduro’s basement.

Fritzle’s case occurred in April 2008 after he told police Elizabeth had been in captivity for 24 years when she was taken to hospital away from her cell.
