JSN President Iro Hivonen said the decision on whether to lodge a formal complaint with the Council would be taken before the summer recess in late June.

The complaint was submitted by a person not named, invoking respect for human dignity and the protection of privacy.
According to Iro Hivonen, there is no precedent in this complaint.
