The amputation of Tire Sampson, a 14-year-old boy who fell while riding at an amusement park in Orlando, Florida, found that the teens were nearly 100,100 more than their travel limits.

According to autopsy reports, Sampson died of blunt trauma when she fell while riding Freefall at ICON Park in March.

As a result of the autopsy, Sampson, who played football in St. Louis, Missouri, weighed 383 pounds, was capped at 287 pounds and was traveling nearly 100 pounds heavier. When he fell, he was in Orlando on vacation with his friend’s family.

“The body is well developed, fat, 74 inches, 383 pounds, the body of a black male who appears to be over 14 years old,” reports Fox35.

A teenage boy sustained internal and external injuries to his head, neck and torso when he slipped from a safety harness before sinking into the concrete below the tare.

An Orange County doctor ruled her death an accident.

The first report from an outside engineer concluded that the sensor was manually adjusted during the ride to double the size of the holes in the two seats, resulting in the teen not being properly restrained in the seat.

Sampson’s parents filed a lawsuit in Orange County for wrongful death, suing car owners, manufacturers, landlords, knowing that driving is unsafe and proper signs warning of weight and height requirements.

In the process, his parents alleged that no one his size warned their son about the dangers of traveling while traveling, and that they did not give him a proper restraint system.

A video shot of the horrific death of a teenager showed his chair had a gap of 6 to 7 inches. Investigators said Sampson “slipped between the chair and the harness and fell 100 feet to his death.”

The car owner’s attorney said the company is working with state investigators.
