At least four people, including two children, were killed and 132 others injured when a passenger train derailed today in the Tambora region of central Tanzania.

The train, of which all eight wagons were derailed, had a total of 930 people on board. They had left Kigoma for Dar es Salaam.
The 132 injured were taken to Tambora city hospital.
The causes of the derailment are being investigated, according to the TRC.
