Twenty young men suffered no bodily injuries – Forensic investigation may shed light on this mysterious case – Prime Minister condemns unrestricted alcohol consumption
Mystery covers the death of 20 young people at a nightclub in East London South Africa. According to local media, the bodies were found inside the Enyobeni tavern as if they had all collapsed together, for an unknown reason.
No injuries were found during the first examination. The Prime Minister of the Eastern Cape Province, Oscar Mabuyane did not give possible reasons for the deaths, but condemned the “unrestricted consumption of alcoholic beverages”.
Police told reporters that most of those found dead were aged between 18 and 20 years. The incident occurred in the early hours of Sunday.
THE Siyanda Manana“We will carry out post-mortem examinations as soon as possible to determine the possible cause of death,” a spokesman for the Eastern Cape Health Department told News24 TV in South Africa.
