The couple got into an argument after their group walked outside the nightclub at 2 p.m. and waited for a taxi at their house.
Foil’s friend, beauty therapist Scarlet Barham, groped one of Ms. Smith’s male friends in front of her boyfriend.
Defendant Garrett Burrows told the court: “Mr. Smith said, ‘He has a girlfriend, you can’t do that.’
But Miss Foil replies that she didn’t care. “I want to do it,” says Mrs. Smith.
-After that, Miss Foil hit his face very hard.
The Royal Courts of Justice in Portsmouth were told that the extension had been removed because Foil continued to beat Ms Smith with one hand while pulling her hair forcefully with the other.
Mr. Burrows continued. He “he fell to the ground, cleared his throat and remained unconscious. While she was on the ground, Miss Foil, along with others, hit her Smith several times.
The court heard that Foil from Portsmouth also punched Smith’s boyfriend before guards dragged him out.
The victim said he was “covered in bruises from head to toe” and was bedridden for several days due to a concussion.
“I’m more nervous about going out. I’m scared to see these girls again and what they do to me.
“I wouldn’t hesitate to meet again. I’m worried they might do it with others and cause more serious harm.”
Foil, who currently works at a sportswear store, claims to have turned his life around after it was “difficult” growing up as one of ten children raised by a single mother.
Edward Hollingsworth, who defended, told the court:
“He deeply regrets this and is very sorry for the horror, the damage and the emotional damage he did to Smith.”
