Police offer $20,000 for information on seven teens – James Lambert Jr. suffered multiple blows to the head and body

A group of seven teenagers attack 73 years old and they brutally beat him to death, while recording with their mobile phones what is happening.
A security camera recorded the inhumane behavior of American teenagers and reached the possession of the Philadelphia police, who released the video, asking citizens to provide information about the children seen.

The incident took place on June 24th in the middle of Cecil B. Moore Street and the video was only made public last Friday. Police are offering $20,000 for information about the seven teenagers who killed a defenseless elderly man in the middle of the road.
