Doctors remove water bottle from constipated Iranian man’s butt! – Read the strange story

A Iranian he had to remove a 19cm water bottle from his butt, according to a report by the “Daily Mail”. The constipated 50-year-old, who has not been named, was so afraid of his wife’s reaction that he delayed seeking help for three days. She had taken him to a hospital in Iran because she was concerned because he was not eating, but also because of his inability to go to the toilet.

The 50-year-old had pushed the bottom of the bottle in first, so he could take it out by grabbing the top. Unfortunately, he was unable to get the object out, leaving the plastic bottle lodged deep in his large intestine.

Doctors at Imam Khomeini Hospital in Surrey did not say whether the man explained why he pushed the bottle into himself. Although, they noted, sexual satisfaction is usually behind such introductions.

The man, who had a history of depression, was immediately taken to surgery and given anesthesia to have the bottle removed from his rectum. The surgeons carefully and slowly, as the “Daily Mail” writes, removed the bottle and there was no rupture or bleeding.

After three days in the hospital the man was discharged and referred to a psychiatric clinic. A month into his ordeal, the man reportedly has had no further problems or problems with his bowel movements.

NHS doctors have dealt with similar cases. Since analyzing last year’s data, doctors have seen about 400 such incidents. With cases of rectal obstruction on the rise in Britain, researchers speculate that it is mainly due to the increasing use of internet porn and more people accessing sex toys.
