The moment a woman jumps into the river from the window of a subway train

A fire broke out on the way the train crossed the bridge, evacuating hundreds of passengers, and one of the panicked passengers jumped into the river through a window.

Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker called the incident a “huge failure.”
