“We must now prepare for more turbulence, including a complete cut-off in Russian gas supplies,” emphasized and added: “Currently, Russia only partially supplies natural gas, or none at all, to 12 EU member states. Therefore, Europe must be prepared for the worst-case scenario: a complete interruption of natural gas supplies, sooner or later” .

And he continued, saying: “Even member states that buy minimal Russian natural gas will not be able to avoid the effects of a possible disruption of the flow in our internal market.”
