According to the first information, Carlo Calenda will take the brunt of the election campaign, while this new centrist pole aims to win up to 10% of the vote
Carlo Calenda, leader of the “Azione” (Action) party, and former prime minister Matteo Renzi, head of the “Living Italy” party, today signed an agreement for a joint descent into the September 25 parliamentary elections.
“Today a serious alternative is being born to the bipolar system of left and right, which has destroyed our country and deprived the necessary confidence in the Draghi government,” tweeted Carlo Calenda.
“We decided to give it a try. On September 25, on the ballots, you will also find this possibility. Don’t limit yourself to the “best of the best”, send people of known quality to parliament,” added Matteo Renzi, always online.
According to the first information, Carlo Calenda will take the brunt of the election campaign, while this new centrist pole aims to win up to 10% of the vote.
It is recalled that last Sunday “Azione” decided to cancel the programming agreement it had signed with the Democratic Party, due to the incompatibility of many of its positions with those of the center-left alliance.
