In a televised address Monday night, President Zelensky accused Russian “terrorists” of “extortion” and said the Russians were using the factory to store weapons and carry out attacks in neighboring areas.
After he said that anyone found shooting at or from the nuclear power plant would be targeted by the Ukrainian military, whoever ordered the attack on the site or in nearby towns and cities, but stated that he should be tried in court international.
