“I cannot stress enough to ask you to be aware of your surroundings,” he warned his followers.
As of Friday afternoon, the video has been viewed more than 2.6 million times.
It is unknown if Delacroix filed a police report after the incident.
Many commenters offered to share their experiences of public harassment in the video, which received nearly 7,500 comments and more than 213,000 likes.
“The fact that all the women who saw it were instantly turned on before it happened says it all,” one viewer said.
“You didn’t do anything wrong and you didn’t deserve this. A costume is not an invitation,” added another.
But another viewer said, “What are you wearing?”
Delacroix was able to obtain a copy of the surveillance footage from the grocery store manager.
