The OnlyFans model accused of killing her boyfriend with a kitchen knife was denied extradition from Hawaii to Florida and now faces murder charges.

Courtney Klein, 26, first appeared in Miami-Dade County District Court on Saturday and was charged with second-degree murder.

Klein claimed that the stabbing was in self-defense.

According to WPLG, his attorney, Frank Prieto, argued that there was insufficient evidence to support the murder charges and that he deserved to be released on bail during his trial.

Judge Jacqueline Woodward denied her appeal and jailed Klein while she awaited her next trial date.

“Ms. Klein, your attorney is here and fighting hard for you, but at this time, I am not the judge to make that decision,” Woodward said. It should be a judge who knows a little more.”

Klein, an OnlyFans and Instagram model with more than 2 million followers, was arrested in Hawaii earlier this month seeking treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder and substance abuse.

She claimed that she acted in self-defense during an argument and threw a kitchen knife at her boyfriend from a distance. She claimed that it was unlikely that he had been inflicted by a knife thrown into the air.

Disturbing surveillance footage of another physical altercation between the pair has been released following Klein’s arrest.

The shocking images filmed two months before her friend’s death show Klein as the clear perpetrator of the incident. The footage shows her boyfriend trying to keep Klein away from her.

Klein’s trial is scheduled for September 6. If he is found guilty, he could spend the rest of his life in prison.
