The skeleton of the Iguanodon has a height of 1.3 m, while its length does not exceed 3 meters.
The skeleton of one of a small dinosaur – an Iguanodon – will be auctioned in Paris on October 20 and is expected to sell for 400,000-500,000 euros, according to the house’s estimate Giquello.
The finding came to light in 2019 at Colorado of the US during road work and it is estimated that this particular dinosaur lived about 150 million years.
Unlike some huge dinosaur skeletons that have been auctioned recently, the Iguanodon skeleton is 1.3m tall and no more than 3m long.
“It’s a living room dinosaur,” said Alexandre Zicello, referring to the size of the skeleton.
