Putin: He denounced the “inhuman act of terrorism” at the Izhevsk school

“The president deeply mourns the death of people and children in this school where a terrorist act took place,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.

Russian President Vladimir Putin called the incident with the shooting at a school in Izhevskin central Russia that killed at least 13 people, including seven children, and injured at least 21.

The Kremlin spokesman said doctors, psychologists and neurosurgeons had been sent on Putin’s orders to the site in Izhevsk, located about 970 km east of Moscow.

“The president wishes a speedy recovery to those injured in this inhumane attack,” he added.
