From Orbán to Le Pen, right celebrates the coronation of Giorgia Meloni in Italy; see reactions

Son of President Jair Bolsonaro, federal deputy Eduardo Bolsonaro (PL-SP) was one of the first to congratulate Giorgia Meloni on his probable nomination for the post of prime minister in Italy this Monday (26).

Partial results of the country’s parliamentary elections indicate the victory of the right-wing coalition led by the Roman political party, Brothers of Italy. If confirmed, his party has the right to name the prime minister, making Meloni, 45, Italy’s first female head of government — and the first far-right politician in power since dictator Benito Mussolini. , in the post between 1922 and 1943.
