THE Moscow shows its intention to stop Russians who want to avoid conscription for the Ukrainian front by crossing the Russian-Georgian border.

According to Russian media Russia will open one mobile recruitment office on the border of the two countries. The Russians describe with black humor the so-called “mobilization” as a “burial”.

“The Kremlin has no information on the number of men who have left Russia since September 21,” President Putin’s spokesman said Dmitry Peskov.

British media reported yesterday that Russian troops appeared to have been deployed near the border with Georgia, despite the Kremlin trying to dispel rumors that Vladimir Putin is to introduce martial law to ban men who try to leave the country. to avoid conscription.

The Russian authorities had recognized a “large” traffic of vehicles bound for Georgia a few days ago, with around 2,300 vehicles counted at a single border station at the time. Besides, there have been incidents in areas like Dagestan, as there are strong reactions to conscription.

It is noted that the conscripts face conditions reminiscent of World War II. In the video, a female officer can be seen telling them that they will be given nothing but ammunition – not even blankets to sleep on, telling them: “Guys, take care of yourselves.”

The officer asks the soldiers to buy from sleeping bags and diarrhea medicine to tourniquets for broken bones – he even advises them to take first aid kits from cars and get the gauze, tourniquets and whatever else they need from there.

Finally, the woman advises enlisted men to ask “their mothers, sisters and girlfriends” to buy them the “cheapest sanitary napkins” and “cheapest tampons.”

“Don’t laugh guys. Sanitary napkins will serve as pad pads and tampons to stop bleeding from bullet wounds.

A military unit representative in Altai region said that they have nothing except ammunition and asked conscripts to buy everything including medicines and tourniquets.

She also advised to buy women’s pads to use for shoes and buy tampons to stop bleeding after bullet wounds. pic.twitter.com/JEAxSNOLer
