The Russian Foreign Ministry has called on the United States and its allies in NATO to engage in a meaningful dialogue on security guarantees and to discuss “ways to reduce military and political tensions.” “Otherwise, all the means at our disposal will be used to prevent and eliminate emerging threats.” The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reserves the right to respond to NATO challenges.
