The children were crying uncontrollably and trying to escape
A video at a Mississippi daycare center that shows a teacher wearing a scary ‘Scream’ mask to tame ‘naughty’ children is causing outrage and disgust.
One of the videos, which has been “uploaded” online, shows a daycare worker telling the masked woman to avoid certain toddlers who were “good”, saying “don’t touch them”.
Children can be seen crying uncontrollably as the woman goes around several classrooms, screaming and terrorizing the little ones.
A little girl, who was trying to eat her lunch, was startled when the daycare worker in the scary mask approached her and shouted in her face.
The shocking video shows the woman leaning over a child who was ‘naughty’ and asking: ‘Are you naughty? Should I take you out?’ The child, clearly upset and trying to hide his face from the masked woman, shouts “no” and shakes his head. Despite his response, the woman continues to scream in the boy’s face before yelling “you better be nice”.
The daycare worker then changes classes as the children in the first room continue to cry, telling the second group “you better be ready”. At least three children are then seen trying to hide behind a bookcase when the woman angrily bangs on the door.
An employee of the daycare, who claims to have taken the videos, said on Facebook that she recorded the incidents not because she thought it was funny, but because she was trying to show parents the actions of her colleagues, writes “Dailymail”.
“I didn’t make this video for laughs. It wasn’t funny to me. The one screaming at the children’s faces is NOT me. The one standing next to the screaming girl is NOT me. The one laughing in the video is NOT me,” the woman wrote, among other things.
