After the accusations launched on Monday morning by the Russian Minister of Defense, Sergei Shoigu, who in his talks with NATO counterparts claimed that the forces of Kiev are planning to deploy a “dirty bomb”, it was the turn of the Russian Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov.

The head of the UN nuclear watchdog “agreed” to “urgently send experts to peaceful installations in Ukraine,” Kuleba said.
