Nog steeds veel contact met #Maria out #Kyiv. Vandaag liet ze me weten no elektra meer te hebben. Wel water en gas. 80% of Kyiv has nothing more. The consequences of the war are felt. Mensen krijgen het nog zwaarder.#SupportMaria #Ukraine #Putinswar pic.twitter.com/6vMf9ekuhi

In his new briefing early in the evening, the mayor of Kyiv, Vitaly Klitso, said that 40% of citizens in Kyiv continue to remain without water and 270,000 homes are plunged into darkness.
From the new Russian attacks, thirteen people were injured nationally, as reported by the Ukrainian side.
Commenting on the attacks, Moscow said that the strikes targeted Ukrainian military control and power systems and that all targets were hit. For its part, the Ukrainian air force reports that 55 missiles were fired, of which it shot down 45.
Map of today’s Russian attacks on vital infrastructure, according to the Ukrainian government
Power problems have been going on for weeks for Ukrainian citizens who have already been told to reduce their already “extremely limited” electricity consumption, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said.
In Kyiv, there is a blackout on the streets while trolleybuses have been replaced by conventional buses.
Apart from the capital, other areas affected by the new Russian incursions are Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv and Zaporizhia.
In total, 18 facilities – most of them producing energy – were hit by missiles and drones in 10 regions, Ukrainian officials said.
In fact, one of the missiles intercepted by Ukraine’s air defenses landed in a border town in Moldova, causing damage to houses but no casualties, according to authorities in the neighboring country.
The new Russian strikes come just hours after Russia blamed Ukraine for a drone attack on its Black Sea fleet in the annexed Crimean peninsula over the weekend that prompted Moscow to announce its withdrawal from the grain deal.
