The Russians were so starving that they killed and ate two camels, a kangaroo, a bison, pigs, birds and wolves.

Workers at Yabil Zoo in Donetsk, Ukraine were shocked to see dismembered animals and bones.

It is noted that the village of Yabil was liberated on September 30, while ten days later the Ukrainian workers at the zoo, when they entered the site, saw with their own eyes the horrible images.

The Daily Mail publishes a report with testimonies from zoo workers. “They ate our animals! They were so hungry they didn’t charge anything,” said one of the employees with tears in his eyes.

The Russians were so starving that they killed and ate two camels, a kangaroo, a bison, piglets, birds and wolves.

The zoo workers collected all the animals that were left alive and sent them to the city of Dnipro to be treated by specialist veterinarians.

Before February 24, when the Russian invasion took place, the zoo was a refuge for many animals such as bears, camels, antelopes, etc. Volunteers collect information in order to give it to the competent authorities and to make complaints about these inhuman acts.
