The statement of the former president of Russia on his Telegram channel

“The concept of territorial sovereignty has not disappeared anywhere in our country. Everything will return home. In the Russian Federation. For all the people who care to be on alert is quite understandable, but hysteria and alarm are not (intelligible). Do not give cause for joy to the enemy near and far. And often remind him of the greatness and infinity of the Russian world».

The Kremlin, through him Dmitry Peskov, however, he insisted that he does not consider the withdrawal from Kherson “humiliating”, and that the regime in the region will not change. Peskov also claimed that the Russian government does not regret the ceremony held in Moscow for its “annexation” as well as the annexation of other Ukrainian regions to Russia.
