G20: Meeting of the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the UN Antonio Guterres

The Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov met today with the UN secretary general Antonio Guterres on its margin G20 summit being held in Bali, the Russian ministry announced.

The representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Maria Zakharova posted a photo of the two men sitting at a table in Bali, with the Russian flag and the UN flag.

However the Russian ministry did not release details on the subject of the talks.

Sergey Lavrov and the UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres have held a meeting on the sidelines of the G20 summit.

The meeting took place a few days before the agreement to export Ukrainian grain through the Black Sea expireswhich was concluded in July.

This is due to expire on November 19 and Moscow has not yet announced whether it will extend its participation.
