Since the start of the war in Ukraine, 32,000 civilian targets have been damaged by Russian bombing, Deputy Interior Minister Yevgeny Yenin announced.

“These civilian targets are primarily private homes and apartment buildings of civilians,” Jenin said, noting that only 3 percent of the shelling was aimed at military targets.

“Crucially important infrastructures remain in the target of the Russians. To date, damage has been recorded to more than 700 critical infrastructures. They are airports, bridges, oil depots, electrical substations and other” facilities, added the deputy minister.

On November 23, Ukraine was subjected to massive missile attacks. Ukraine’s energy ministry had announced after the raids that all of Ukraine’s nuclear power plants and most of Ukraine’s hydroelectric and thermal plants were temporarily shut down.

Kyiv mayor Vitali Klitschko announced that on the morning of November 24, two-thirds of the city was left without electricity, while there was no water on the right bank of the city. On the morning of November 26, 130,000 citizens remained without electricity in the Ukrainian capital. Water supply was fully restored in all areas of the capital.
