On April 13, the flagship of the Fleet of the Black Sea, the cruiser Moskva, which participated in the war with Ukraine, sank. The Ukrainian military command and the Pentagon said the ship was hit by Ukrainian missiles. The Russian side denies this, citing the destruction of the cruiser as a result of a fire that led to the firing of ammunition.
