The new weapons package in Ukraine: Challenger 2 heavy tanks that can change the balance

• It has a 120 mm gun

But what sets it apart is its durability. It is a chariot to be reckoned with almost invulnerable. Two incidents that occurred in the Gulf War are illustrative:

• A Challenger 2 tank received 70 hits from anti-tank weapons in one battle, but continued to function normally and fight.
• In another incident, even more serious, the tank received 14 hits from anti-tank weapons plus a Milan anti-tank missile, continued to fight, retreated, was repaired within six hours and re-entered the battlefield.
