THE President of Bulgaria Rumen Radev announced today that it will set April 2nd as the date holding the fifth parliamentary elections of the country in the last two years, after the failure of attempts to form a government..
Radev said Parliament would be dissolved on February 3 and hoped MPs would use the time until then to pass the legislation needed to ensure European Union funds are used effectively.
