A woman from Ireland is accusing the well-known Irish mixed martial artist Conor McGregor of a brutal attack on his yacht during a party in Spain.
As the Daily Mail points out in a related report, the woman, who wishes to remain anonymous, was forced to jump into the sea in order to escape the 34-year-old’s fury.
The woman reportedly claimed the UFC star kicked her in the stomach, punched her in the face and left her bruised during his 34th birthday celebrations in Ibiza in July.
As he characteristically said, he acted like a “debtor”.
Officials have confirmed McGregor has been investigated by a court in Ibiza following allegations of assault.
Asked specifically if Conor McGregor was under investigation, a spokesman for the coroner said: “I can confirm that a court in Ibiza is investigating an Irish national for an alleged crime of wounding.”
Karen Kessler, Conor McGregor’s spokeswoman, told MailOnline: “Mr McGregor has steadfastly denied all allegations that he was a guest on his boat.”
