Kyriakos Mitsotakis is more suitable for prime minister – The president of the ND expresses more of the centrist space compared to Alexis Tsipras and Nikos Androulakis

He presented the first major Pulse poll for 2023 the main news bulletin of SKAI with Sia Kosioni, with New Democracy maintaining a clear lead of 7.5 points over SYRIZA.

The poll was conducted between January 19 and 23, among a sample of 1,205 citizens, which means that all the latest developments and announcements in the political, social and economic fields have been taken into account.

The first part of the investigation was presented in today’s bulletin, while the second will be presented tomorrow, Wednesday.

One element of the survey that should be particularly highlighted is the five parties that cover the 3% threshold for entering the Parliament, ahead of the first election contest. New Democracy, SYRIZA, PASOK, KKE and Hellenic Solution are the five parties that gather percentages above 3%, while MeRA25 is at the limit.

In addition to the 7.5-point difference between New Democracy and SYRIZA, which has remained at the same levels for a long time, showing that the opposition policy pursued by Alexis Tsipras is not paying off, the Pulse poll highlights another important element: Citizens’ trust in the person of Kyriakos Mitsotakis.

Mr. Mitsotakis emerges more suitable both for prime minister and as a representative of the centrist space, compared to Alexis Tsipras and Nikos Androulakis. Also, the survey showed the preference of the citizens in the person of Kyriakos Mitsotakis, in order for him to have a second chance to govern the country.
