At 8am local time (10am Cyprus) the doors and polling stations of the ten polling stations operating in six British cities opened for the participation in the presidential elections of Cypriot expatriates who registered in time.
The electoral process will last until 4 pm (6 pm Cyprus) with a half hour break at 12 noon (2 pm Cyprus).
Five of the ten polling stations are located in London, namely three in the High Commission building in the center of the British capital and two in the Cypriot Community Center in north London.
1,461 voters are registered at the Commission, and 815 at the Community Center.
A polling station also operates:
in Manchester, for 365 electors, in the church of the Annunciation of the Virgin.
in Birmingham, at the Cypriot Home for 311 voters
in Glasgow, in the church of Luke the Evangelist for 257 electors
in Leeds, where 234 electors can vote in the temple of the Three Hierarchs
in Bristol, in the church of Apostles Peter and Paul, where 203 voters are registered.
