With the… nostalgic and romantic title “Letters to Trump”, the former president of the USA – and above all businessman – Donald Trump publishes part of his personal correspondence in a book.

Trump has selected personal letters sent to him from time to time by various personalities such as Kim Jong Un (they are the focus of most interest) and Oprah Winfrey – even old letters from Princess Diana – and presents them in his book, which will released shortly.

In a letter sent to him by Oprah Winfrey in 2000, she wrote: “Too bad we’re not running for president, we’re a great team.”

Trump comments in his book that he still thinks Winfrey is “amazing” — but admits it’s not mutual: “Unfortunately, once I announced that I was running for President, she never spoke to me again.”

In total, the book contains 150 letters that Trump himself has chosen personally, which he comments on.

“No book offers a glimpse into history like ‘Letters to Trump!’ says the book’s publishing team, Winning Team.

The same publishers have also released “Our Journey Together,” a picture book detailing Trump’s presidency.

“Letters to Trump” will be released in the US on April 25 and will cost $99 for the plain book and $399 for a signed copy.
