Earlier today, Russia’s Investigative Committee announced that it had launched a homicide investigation into the attack, and that it had added the name of a woman to the wanted list, whom Russian media say is a suspect in Tatarsky’s murder.

“The strength of the explosive device was more than 200 grams of TNT,” a law enforcement source told TASS, with the number of injured so far reaching 32, RIA news agency reported.
