He was left to die… while ‘screaming for help’: The San Francisco Standard has video of Bob Lee’s tragic final moments, which has not been released
Tragic were the last moments of the 43-year-old founder of CashApp, bob lee, who was stabbed while on a business trip to San Francisco as bystanders apparently they let him die.
The San Francisco Standard has video of Bob Lee’s tragic final moments, but it has not been made public.
The video shows the dying founder of Cash App, to be ignored by passers-by as she pleaded for help after being stabbed in the early hours of Tuesday.
Before succumbing to his injuries, the 43-year-old approached a parked car with its flashing lights on to call for help, according to security camera footage obtained by the San Francisco Standard.
The footage shows Lee lifting his shirt to show the driver two stab wounds – but he collapsed to the ground, while the car was leaving.
Lee called 911 (US 100) at 2:34 a.m. (local time) and called for help, desperately shouting that he had been stabbed and needed to be taken to hospital. Police arrived less than six minutes later, and found Lee unconscious with two stab wounds to the chest.
He was rushed to San Francisco General Hospital, where he died. Police had not announced any arrests or named suspects in the attack as of Thursday morning. It is also not clear if the attack was targeted, or random, as part of a possible robbery.
It is noted that the brutal attack took place in a suburb of the city for more affluent citizens, where the former president of the House of Representatives also maintains a residence Nancy Pelosi.
