The motive of the attacker who this morning shot and killed two 44-year-old men in a factory of Mercedes near Stuttgart.
There was a rumor among the employees that there was an altercation on the occasion of the elections in Turkey, but this is not confirmed by the company or the police.
According to the Stuttgarter Zeitung, neither the perpetrator nor the two victims are employees of Mercedes, but of the partner logistics company Rhenus Automotive.
The 53-year-old perpetrator was immobilized by the security of the factory and a strong police force, rescue crews and two helicopters rushed to the scene. One of the victims died on the spot, while the second succumbed a short time later.
