On his part, President of the KEAD Human Rights Party Vangelis Dullessaid that it is about to be triumphant and that a new era is beginning which marks the beginning of the countdown to Edi Rama’s autocracy.
Despite his election, Beleris he will probably remain in Tirana prison, until the anti-corruption prosecution to which the case has fallen decides. She has also undertaken the further investigation into the substance of the charge, which is an attempt to buy votes.

In the other two minority municipalities, of Dropolis and her Phoenix Greek minority candidates supported by the Socialist Party prevailed.
In Dropoli and Pogoniou the current mayor Dimitrakis Tolis was elected, with 80% percent of the votes, while in Finiki, the winner is Romaios Tsakoulis, candidate of the Party of Greeks for the Future (MEGA) in coalition with the Socialist Party of Edi Rama, with 41% of the votes.
More generally in Albania, Edi Rama has won or has a lead in 55 out of 61 municipalities, while in the previous term, he controlled 60 out of 61 municipalities. At the same time, the opposition began to submit objections, with Sali Berisha hinting that he will not recognize the election results in several municipalities.
The participation in the polls was the lowest of all electoral contests in the country after 1991 as it did not even reach 35%.
