Tragedy in Charleroi with a six-month-old infant.

It has been detected dead in his mother’s carin the parking lot of the Saint-Joseph de Gilles hospital where the woman worked.

As reported by the rtl television network, the girl’s father went to the nursery to pick up his daughter only to find that she was not there.

“The dad, who went to the nursery at the end of the day to pick up his child, became concerned about his absence. He then contacted the child’s mother and there was a gap in their communication. The mother ran to the parking lot, to her vehicle and discovered her lifeless child.”, prosecutor Vincent Fiachet said. The victim died of hyperthermia, as noted, while an autopsy is not expected to be performed since the causes of the child’s death are clear and were recorded by the medical examiner who was at the scene.

The mother has not been charged at this time. However, an investigation will be carried out to find out what happened.
